We pray for his health and stamina and Holy Spirit guidance to lead the faithful in his care.
We pray that the spirit of St Francis is found in him. We pray that in these times of troubles and dissention he stands resolutely in the footsteps of the "Fisherman from Galilee" whose ring he wears.We pray for the new Pope, Francis I, may the Lord Bless and keep him, may the Light shine upon Him, may the Lord uncover His face and be gracious to Him.
